While you were sleeping you were missing out on an awesome sunrise. I set the alarm this morning for 2.00am, had a coffee, fed the horses in the dark and then hopped in the car to travel up to Woy Woy Railway Station to meet =barmat for the first time. We then went to Maitland Beach in Bouddi National Park. It was a hike of about 1 kilometre in the dark (we did have torches) down the side of the mountain to a very secluded beach.
At first we thought that the sunrise would not be anything special as it was very overcast and we couldn't even see any stars. A short while later the clouds started to break up as the sun rose over the mountain. It was an awesome sunrise that made the water glow. After a while we left the beach (by left I mean struggled back up the mountain) and visited Somersby Falls for a few shots of the falls. There wasn't as much water as usual but we still got a few good shots. I will post some later. We left there and I took Matt to Hornsby station so he could make the long trip home. It was at this point in time that I thought I could make the farewell devmeet for the world tour by  and  It was only another hours drive so I thought why not!! It was great to meet the people behind deviantart.EDIT I have removed the frame - what do you think Comments  almost surreal! Loved the reflected orange on the rocks .. well done Malcolmps: was nice meeting you after all this time  -- A smile is a curve that sets a lot of things straight.  your just one crazy man!!! Get back to bed with ya woman!!
